At Retro Reimagine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Most items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is faulty or damaged.

- A receipt or proof of purchase.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or health and personal care items.
- Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records).
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at Retroreimagine@gmail.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is received, we will email you a gift certificate.
- If the gift was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank or credit card account for pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
