Returns Policy

At Retro Reimagine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Most items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is faulty or damaged.
  • To request a return or refund, please email us at Retroreimagine@gmail.com with the following:
    • A receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or health and personal care items.
  • Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records).
  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at Retroreimagine@gmail.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is received, we will email you a gift certificate.
  • If the gift was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
    1. Check your bank or credit card account for pending transactions.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
